“Staff were lovely and very welcoming. We were in Portugal delivering pianos on a work trip so turned in polo tops and shorts, not looking the part, however staff didn't make us feel unwelcome for that at all. The hotel itself is stunning, very well decorated and immaculately clean. Big, well equipped room. The jungle shower was amazing. Breakfast was great - big selection of food for every taste. We had a big van so parked in the outdoor parking which was still very secure. Overall very impressed and we will stay here for our holiday later in the year after having a great experience for just an overnight stay.”

“Decepción total por el trato recibido por parte del "director" de un hotel q se presupone que tiene cierto prestigio y categoría. El día 19 cuando nos disponíamos a dejar el hotel, habiendo pagado incluso las tasas de hospedaje, se nos pregunta que por qué dejábamos el hotel si teníamos una noche más contratada, le insistimos en si eso era así y nos lo confirmaron varias veces, pensamos que habría sido un error de la agencia al contratar los días ya que tuvimos que hacer algunas modificaciones de fecha, con lo que modificamos los planes y nos fuimos a Oporto a pasar el día y nos llaman a las 16:00 horas, hora en la q ya podríamos haber llegado a Sevilla, diciendonos que había sido un error y que teníamos que abandonar el hotel o pagar 190 euros por las 4 habitaciones, cuando llegamos al hotel a las 18:00 y nos disponemos a solucionar el problema nos dicen q son 190 euros por cada habitación y que si no estamos de acuerdo que nos busquemos otro hotel. Exigimos hablar con el director y después de 2 horas esperando se acerca un hombre con una bolsa de tenis hacia nosotros y lo primero que nos dice es que que queremos, que lo que nos han dicho es lo que hay, en ningún momento se presenta como director, en ningún momento nos pidió disculpas, estuvimos discutiendo en medio de la recepción con todos los clientes pasando y creando una espectacion absurda por no llevarnos a un lugar adecuado. Cuando parecía que llegaríamos a un acuerdo en el precio, ya que nos vimos obligados a aceptar lo que nos decía por la hora que era y los niños, nos deja con la palabra en la boca y hablando en portugués en voz alta se va. Creo que este hombre, que no sabemos ni cómo se llama por qué ni se nos presentó, no está para nada capacitado para gestionar unas instalaciones como esas.”
