“El hotel es hermoso con una excelente ubicación. Pero hay cuestiones que deben abordarse. Evidentemente, un problema común es que los enchufes eléctricos no funcionan. Me dijeron que era una solución fácil cuando llamé a la recepción, pero que tenían que hacerlo ellos mismos y que ella era la única empleada en el edificio. Supongo que los problemas de personal me parecen un problema de seguridad. No me ofrecieron una habitación diferente porque probablemente era una noche agotada, por lo que el respirador de mi esposa, que necesita para problemas médicos graves, no se pudo usar. Me dijeron que un gerente llegaría a las 8 am y que debería hablar con ellos. Fui a la recepción alrededor de las 9 y me dijeron que la gerente no había entrado, que era una aprendiz y no tenía idea de cómo arreglar la situación.
