“Was really disappointed. These hotels are usually a cut above. I understand having staffing issues. We stayed for 5 days. No housekeeping service at all. No room service. Reduced restaurant. Bar was running low. We got locked out of our room. Water faucet was loose. Wall outlet was loose in the bathroom. There was much more... suffice to say it did not live up to expectations. Not even enough to blame on staffing. When your paying for a place like this you expect a level of quality. If they can't provide it save your money and stay somewhere else that provides this level for a reduced price!”

“Definitely NOT worth the price. First, prior to arrival nobody told us about the price to park at the hotel was 38 dollars a night. Second, all three of our stay preferences were ignored. We asked to check in early but that couldn't be accommodated. Fine. We asked if we could be away from the elevator and as high as possible to limit noise. We got the lowest and one of the closest rooms to the elevator.. fine. We went to find a cart to bring our stuff to our room but there was none. When we asked the staff at the motor poll they were very unhelpful. All the parking is valet so we ask for our car to get our stuff and the valet hands us our keys and tells us where our car is. So for 38 bucks they can't even pull it around for us. They advertise their pool but you have to book reservations to have access to it so that wasn't available either during times that worked for us. The beds were harder than my back could take and the pillows were barely useful. Next time we will be staying somewhere else. Don't waste your money!”
