I booked a reservation last year for travel in July 2020. For obvious reasons, I did not go. When I called to cancel, they convinced me to postpone "at the same rate" instead of canceling. Today in March 2021 I called to cancel travel intended for April 2021, and they will give you the run around on the phone. Just like trying to quit a gym or bank, they will hassle and frustrate you with the process in the hopes you just let the money go. I suggest going directly through your bank to rescind the charge. The telephone operators are horrible.

Overall great experience!The resort could use some updating.The staff is very friendly and helpful.We had some issues at the restaurants with wait times for our food.The white sand beach is amazing and you have butlers for your beach cabana.This is our second trip and we will likely be back.

la playa es maravillosa,la atencion del staff del hotel amerita 5 estrellas o mas,supera todo!desde la recepcion,los empleados de la playa,los rest,no quiero dejar de mencionar a nadie,mantenimiento,limpieza,la comida es un lujo gourmet 24 hs.. el hotel es hermoso,hay habitaciones mas lindas que otras pero en general todas estan muy bien,las actividades son muy buenas,las piscinas hay para todos los gustos,el spa ,el gym todo una maravilla!

Hotel e quartos são muito, muito antiquados. É bom, mas não é o nível de luxo que esperávamos. Nós fomos "atualizados" para uma suíte de lua de mel que é bom exceto que somos dois amigos que pediram um quarto com duas camas. Nosso quarto atualizado tem um cheiro de mofo e ar condicionado não é o melhor. Nossa varanda está coberta de insetos mortos que eu não entendo. Tivemos que esperar duas horas por um quarto limpo, então eu acho que "limpar o quarto" não incluía o chão da varanda, cadeiras, mesa e espreguiçadeira. Decepcionado. Com base em outros comentários que esperávamos, e esperávamos, melhor ...Com isso dito, o serviço aqui é excelente. Todos são excepcionalmente agradáveis e prestativos. A equipe torna este lugar!

Magnífico, la playa es gigante. El agua muy tranquilá. El mar es muy bonito, sin olas. Muy limpio y tienes todos los servicios. Regaderas, baños cambiadores. El restaurante no tiene un menú muy variado. Pero los precios son muy razonables. He gastado más en cocktelerias del centro.Regresaremos. Seguro.Gracias

Excelente tarde de GRILL BBQ, A la orilla del mar, bajo las palmeras, una hermosa piscina y un ambiente cálido, acompañado de un servicio de primera, donde no te falta nada!! Solo divertirte!!!

Hotel and rooms are very, very dated. It's nice, but not the level of luxury we were hoping for. We were "upgraded" to a honeymoon suite which is fine except we are two friends who asked for a room with two beds. Our upgraded room has a musty smell and air conditioning isn't the best. Our balcony is covered in dead bugs which I don't understand. We had to wait two hours for a clean room so I guess "cleaning the room" didn't include the balcony floor, chairs, table and lounger. Disappointed. Based on other reviews we were hoping, and expecting, nicer.... With that said, the service here is outstanding. Everyone is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The staff makes this place!

The best vacation ever! I'd reccomend this place to anyone. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating. Also the view from our room was dope!!! We also really enjoyed the food!!! They say it's the best beach in Mexico and it definitely lives up to that. We'll be back again for sure!

Vim aqui para minha lua de mel e não tenho nada além de ótimas lembranças. A equipe foi incrível e até mesmo fingiu que meu espanhol não era terrível. A qualidade do serviço aqui é 5+ estrelas, eles vão além de todos os esforços para fazer você se sentir bem-vindo e confortável. O resort também está conectado a uma marina, onde há várias atividades aquáticas oferecidas como mergulho com snorkel, mergulho e jet ski (entre outras coisas). Há também uma agência de viagens no local que pode ajudar com a reserva de atividades em toda a região, como excursões de um dia para visitar vários cenotes ou ruínas maias. Os restaurantes localizados no resort são fenomenais e oferecem uma variedade de cozinha internacional a poucos passos do seu quarto de hotel. Uma experiência 10/10 perfeita.

Came here for my honeymoon and have nothing but great memories. The staff was amazing and even pretended my Spanish wasn't terrible. The quality of service here is 5+ stars, they go above and beyond every effort to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The resort is also connected to a marina where there is various water activities offered such as snorkeling, scuba and jet skiing (among other things). There is also an on site travel agency which can assist with booking activities throughout the region such as a day excursions to tour various cenotes or Mayan ruins. The restaurants located in the resort are phenomenal and showcase a variety of international cuisine just steps from your hotel room. A perfect 10/10 experience.
