“The location is excellent for Andorra de la Vella, kind of in the middle of everything. Keep in mind that you will have to travel a bit to access the slopes if you intend to ski (i.e. Encamp). However, the amenities for families are great. There's a play area with ball pits, slides and video games for children, and a nice pool/sauna/jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking is overpriced (you can save a minimum of 10 euro/day using Aparcament Parc Central which is literally across the street—it's pay as you go but with a maximum of 15 euros per day compared to 25 with the hotel) as is the food (we were able to feed 3 adults and a child for the same cost as the buffet—i.e. in the 25 euro range). The room may not be the newest, but it was more than find for us. The biggest fault, that is unforgivable in 2021, is the Internet—it was bad to abysmal/unusable at times—and this is the primary reason for deducting a star. That said, I would probably stay here again for the location and amenities.”
