“Maravilhoso , simplesmente Excepcional desde a comida à Simpatia dos Funcionários que são do melhor que já vi a localização em frente ao Mar com boas Piscinas e bom Spa muito Bom o Jacuzzi o Banho Turco e a Sauna além da relação qualidade preço ser excelente irei regressar certamente e aconselho vivamente a quem quiser visitar a Madeira ficarneste Hotel no final das férias perceberá porquê...5 estrelas”

“Disappointed with this hotel. It could do with a thorough overhaul. The rooms were large with great views of the sea but furniture old, beds were uncomfortable and pillows very lumpy, hair dryer didn't work properly and after complaining twice it was replaced with another one that didn't work properly. Not good if you have long hair! The food was poor - I accept all inclusive food is never as good as restaurant food but choice was very limited, often cold and some food was recirculated from previous meal to the next. There is supposed to be an Italian restaurant but when we were there (mid November) we were told it was shut. The bar looks like an afterthought and all drinks served in small glasses which meant frequent trips to the crowded bar. The positive about the hotel was the staff. They were excellent, friendly and helpful. The standard of the hotel is not their fault.”
