Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e acomodaram-nos com os nossos quartos, comida, todas as nossas comodidades. A atmosfera era muito relaxante, não um hotel de festas. Bem-estar foi o foco! Das porções saudáveis a cada refeição, o yoga oferecido diariamente, linda piscina e água do mar .... um lugar muito lindo, principalmente para os casais.Eu recomendo !!!!

The staff were very attentive and accommodated us with our rooms, food, all of our amenities. The atmosphere was very relaxing, not a party hotel. Wellness was the focus! From the healthy sized portions at each meal, yoga offered daily, beautiful pool and sea water....a very lovely place, especially for couples. I would highly recommend!!!!

Foi uma estadia incrível! A hospitalidade do povo foi incrível. A comida era excelente! Eu amo como era limpo e a praia parecia tão privada, (é). Limpe e desinfete cada centímetro deste lugar a cada segundo, sem atrapalhar ou ser perceptível.

Nice hotel It is very intimate and quiet. If you are looking to relax, this hotel is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff are very welcoming. I enjoyed the in-room dining pizza and breakfast options.

Was a amazing stay! The people hospitality was amazing. The food was excellent! I love how clean it was and the beach felt so private, (it is). The cleaned and sanitized every inch of this place every second without being in your way or noticeable.

Fiz check-out do hotel depois de uma das minhas três noites durante o covid. A manjedoura deveria emitir um crédito para o saldo. Eles não cumpriram sua promessa. Estar ciente. Eles não são honestos com seus hóspedes. O resort fica bem aquém de suas fotos. Nunca escrevi uma resenha na minha vida. E nunca foi mentido para gostar disso. ESTAR CIENTE!!!

I checked out of the hotel after one of my three nights during covid. The manger was to issue a credit for the balance. They did not follow through on their promise. Be aware. They are not honest with their guest. The resort falls well short of their pictures. I have never written a review in my life. And have never been lied to like this. BE AWARE!!!

No geral, tivemos uma estadia agradável de três noites no Zoetry Montego Bay. Não fomos capazes de desfrutar de nossa varanda nas primeiras horas, pois não fomos capazes de abrir a porta de vidro deslizante. A manutenção veio e resolveu o problema. Nosso quarto com vista para o mar também dava para a área da piscina. O quarto era muito limpo, mas havia um ligeiro problema de formigas ao redor das pias duplas e chuveiro. Nós apreciamos a intimidade do resort, pois é em estilo boutique e poderíamos caminhar por toda a propriedade, onde em outros resorts em que estivemos, tivemos que chamar um carrinho de golfe para nos locomover. Praticamente ter a piscina inteira para nós o tempo todo era bom. A equipe foi cortês e prestativa. Não gostamos que tivéssemos que ligar para a recepção e estar no quarto para que o nosso frigobar fosse atualizado, mas o serviço de limpeza entrou no quarto para limpar. Outros AM Resorts atualizam automaticamente o minibar para você diariamente. O serviço de quarto foi EXTREMAMENTE lento, mas entendemos que a equipe às vezes era um problema. A comida era decente, mas já comemos melhor em outros AM Resorts. Ficaríamos aqui novamente.

Overall, we had a pleasant three night stay at Zoetry Montego Bay. We weren’t able to enjoy our balcony for the first several hours as we were unable to open the sliding glass door. Maintenance eventually came and fixed the problem. Our ocean view room also overlooked the pool area. The room was very clean but there was a slight ant problem around the double sinks and shower. We appreciated the intimacy of the resort as it is boutique style and we could walk the entire property where in other resorts we’ve stayed we had to hail a golf cart to get around. Practically having the entire pool to ourselves the entire time was nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. We didn’t like that we had to call the front desk and be in the room in order for our minibar to be refreshed yet housekeeping entered the room to clean. Other AM Resorts automatically refresh the minibar for you daily. Room service was EXTREMELY slow but we understood staffing was sometimes an issue. The food was decent but we’ve had better at other AM Resorts. We would stay here again.

Zoetry foi incrível! Equipe excelente e cortês que fez de tudo para nos fazer sentir bem-vindos e confortáveis. Os quartos são espaçosos e grandes. Os arredores eram lindos e serenos. A hidroginástica com Garrison foi revigorante e divertida! E o ritual dos pés no spa foi tão relaxante e muito necessário! Altamente recomendado!

Desde a sua chegada até a sua partida, me senti bem-vindo e seguro. O resort foi uma experiência de primeira classe. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e profissionais. Quartos espaçosos (piscina). Opções de comida e bebida ilimitadas. Voltarei quando voltar para a Jamaica.

Zoetry was amazing! Excellent and courteous staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and great. The surroundings were beautiful and serene. Water aerobics with Garrison was energizing and fun! And the foot ritual in the spa was so relaxing and much needed! Highly recommended!

From the time upon your arrival until your departure I felt welcomed and safe. The resort was a 1st class experience. The staff were attentive and professional. Rooms spacious( swim out pool). Food & Drink choices unlimited. I will return when back in Jamaica.

Un lugar sin mayor acento. La relación precio calidad es mala. Los precios son muy elevados para lo que ofrece el lugar. La comida es poco propositiva y el nivel de la barra de bebidas es muy baja. La atención procura ser amable pero es poco servicial. La atención a los detalles es muy pobre.

Hotel prides itself on service and pampering. That gets in the way. Even ice has to be ordered and you know the rest. Management is sub par and inexperienced staff. Nothing meets 5 star standard. Our only enjoyable meal and evening was at sister hotel Secrets.Some difficulty to arrange visit and you find transportation. Expensive way to get a few quiet days

Exclusive smaller luxury resort....what's not to love❣ All the Staff are exceptional, and really can't do enough for you. Amazing food with top shelf liquor, stunning spa and all round just a Zen experience! Perfect spot to completely unwind, relax and get pampered!

If you're looking to relax in a comfortable space with fantastic service, this is the place for you. The staffs are amazing, and you don't have to leave your room if you don't want to they'll take everything to you at no additional charge. This Resort has minimal excitement, which is ideal for couples looking to and enjoy each company, which I love it. I have no regrets booking or recommending this hotel just awesomeness, and the food is fantastic. Did I mentioned the rooms are amazing they restock your cabin twice daily at no additional charge — an excellent choice for single people and couples.

I love the relaxing atmosphere. This is not a place to go party if that's what you want. It's a gorgeous layout, gardens, beach, rooms, spas, really good food, top shelf liquor, excellent bartenders and staff are well trained to meet your needs. They actually like their Jobs and it shows, plus I asked them. I needed my safe to be fixed and it was secured in no time. Overall I recommend this facility, especially for the quiet setting and service they offer. I would definitely go back.
