“Well, I would not recommend this hotel. It advertises a fitness room, but that had been closed for a year due to "renovation". The internet is slowest I've experienced during this decade. Credit card is not accepted at the bar or restaurant as the device is broken. Even booking the restaurant bill to room was not successful (they could not find this fee even after trying during the checkout, so we ate and drank for free...). Rooms were ok, TV was slow as hell and full of dubbed German channels. I certainly did not enjoy this.”

Hotel muito bem localizado perto do aeroporto e da feira. Quartos muito limpos e funcionários simpáticos. Acho uma pena que o estacionamento seja tão caro. Você pode facilmente explorar o local e os campos ao lado da loja do hotel para passear. Reservaria novamente, recomendação clara.

Não recomendo, é caro, além da internet, é muito, muito fraco, e se quiser rápido, deve pagar 9 euros - o preço é 160 com café da manhã. Além de um depósito de segurança de 50 euros! Para constar, não há nada na geladeira, nem seguro!!! Eu esperava que o quarto fosse grande. Saiu do mesmo tamanho que os quartos do hotel ibis. Muito melhor para mim.. Finalmente, eu não recomendo.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it, the room is dirty, not clean, there is a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee, only sugar. Room for 3 people and one tiny shampoo in the bathroom. it certainly doesn't even deserve 2 stars. Even though I was alone at the reception desk, it took 40 minutes to check in.

Antes de decidir ficar lá você deve levar em consideração que este hotel fica a 8 km do aeroporto. A melhor maneira de chegar lá é realmente de táxi. Há oportunidade de usar transporte público, mas esteja pronto para andar 1km pelo menos a pé. De qualquer forma, o café da manhã é absolutamente incrível lá. O material é muito amigável e útil. A qualidade do serviço é incrível. Chegamos lá muito tarde e com muita fome. Conseguimos ligar para a cozinha quando fechou 2 minutos. Pedimos algo simples, mas o que realmente amamos - era sopa de tomate. Em 10 minutos, ele estava em nosso quarto - incrivelmente saboroso e muito quente. Eles literalmente nos salvaram de uma noite sem dormir. Não consigo encontrar palavras suficientes para dizer como eles nos fizeram felizes e como somos gratos. O ambiente lá também é ótimo, muito aconchegante. Os quartos eram limpos e a geladeira estava cheia de bebidas. O que também me deixou feliz - foi a oportunidade de tomar banho no banheiro. Isso me ajudou a vencer uma dor de cabeça lancinante depois de um dia duro cheio de ação. Muito obrigado por tudo, caro NH Hotel e a todos que lá trabalham ♥ ️

Terrible attention from the staff. The girl at the reception spoke to us in an unprofessional and unprofessional way, she mischarged us for the rooms of the reservation (made through Booking) and did not even apologize. The room was not ready for two people, half of everything was missing (pillows, duvet and towel) and when the girl at the reception came up to check it, she was again on edge with us as if it had been our fault. Very bad experience. Low-skilled personnel to work in front of the public. I do not recommend it.

Before you decide to stay there you should take into account that this hotel is 8 km away from airport. The best way to get there is really taxi. There is opportunity to use public transport, but be ready to go 1km at least by feet.
Anyway, breakfast is absolutely amazing there. Stuff is VERY friendly and helpful. The quality of service is amazing.
We came there very late in the evening, and very hungry. We managed to call to the kitchen when it was 2 minutes closed. We ordered something simple but what we really love - it was tomato soup. In 10 minutes it was in our room - amazingly tasty and very warm. They literally saved us from sleepless night. I cannot find enough words to say, how happy they made us, and how thankful we are.
The atmosphere is also great there, very cozy. Rooms were clean and refrigerator was fulfilled with drinks.
What I was also happy about - that was opportunity to take a bath in a bathroom. It helped me to conquer splitting headache after a hard day full of action.
Thank you a lot for everything, dear NH Hotel and everyone, who works there ♥️

Don't come to this place. It's the fourth time I stay here and it used to be excellent. Now it's terrible. The service became awful. First of all, our room was not cleaned after the first night, beds not made, it was exactly as we left in the morning. We complain about it, they told us there were not enough cleaning ladies so some rooms were not clean and that they would not solve the problem. We insisted to at least change the room, at the biguinning they didn't want to do it, then agreed. The problem was the new room shower protection was broken and the bathroom was not properly cleaned (hair from previous guest all over the place) . Moreover, the restaurant is supposed to be opened every day, on a Friday night was closed. No bar service available either, so after a long trip we had to look for a restaurant. We have payed for a superior room, therefore we were supposed to have some amenities according to the website, there were none. We complain about it and only after insisting we had them. Honestly, the worst 4 stars hotel in our life. I repeat, don't come here.

La relación calidad-precio es buena y, en general, el hotel también. Habitación limpia y cómoda y posibilidad de parking gratis alrededor.Sin embargo, la habitación no está insonorizada y se escuchaba mucho un grupo de huéspedes que hablaban y bebían en la misma puerta del hotel. Lamentablemente, desde recepción no se hizo nada para evitarlo pese a ser medianoche.Al comentarlo al día siguiente con el personal del hotel, la persona que nos atendía se disculpó de una forma algo peculiar. Básicamente nos dio a entender que si en recepción hubiese habido un hombre eso no habría ocurrido.

Excelente servicio e instalaciones solo falta especificar que el shuttle es gratuito solo el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y no viceversa pero de cualquier manera el precio es muy accesiible tanto del shuttle como del hotel
