Este hotel é surpreendente. Apesar de não ser "5 estrelas", a sua localização em plena "lá rambla", e o ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, coloca várias estrelas em sua fachada!!!

Hello traveler, I did a family vacation to Barcelona and stayed at the ARC La Rambla hotel for 7 days. It is my first experience traveling to Barcelona and learned a lot from the culture, its people, and architecture. I wanted a boutique hotel to stay right where the tourist has fun and learns a lot of its food and tavernas. When completing our research we found ARC La Rambla. A nicely located hotel where you can experience the true Catalonia services. When arriving at the hotel we were greatly greeted by the concierge group as well as to their General Manager Mr. Victor Marques. They were very attentive and provided us the true Catalonian welcome. Every Morning I saw Mr. Marques and always greeted us and was very attemtive making sure that all of us were ok and even suggested awesome restaurants, tavernas, and breakfast places to get the famous rosquilla and churros with hot chocolate. The rooms that I and my family got were superb and were above the 3-star hotel that they are registered for. The room was very spacious and their bathroom too. My wife and I were lucky to get their Jr. Suite with a superb terrace that had a view to the Rambla and to the Cristobal Colon Plaza which is close to the port. I definitely recommend paying a little extra and get the suite Every single employee of ARC was always smiling and looking for ways to please you. Their morning breakfast was out of this world, especially when you are experiencing European breakfast. Their pastries, Jamon Serrano, Cheeses, coffee to include other items were super tasty and well presented in their breakfast room. The hotel has open areas that are private for guests if you want to take a sun tan. The hotel guidance for COVID-19 is always to wear a mask within the property minus your room. Did I forget to mention the hospitality of the personnel, well the cleaning crew was always on the top of things and the hotel was very spotless. If you are looking for a hotel to be at the center of La Rambla this is the one to stay at. This will be one of many stays that my wife and I will be staying over and over in our newfound vacation retreat. Lastly, Mr. Marquez and Hotel Crew you made our travels very fun and you have a 5 star hotel in my eyes. Hasta pronto en ARC La Rambla, Juan Belgodere

La ubicación, genial... La habitación, super completa, pequeña y cómoda para ir a dormir, con todos los servicios necesarios, mucha limpieza. No le doy las 5 estrellas porque era super pequeña, pero por lo demás, genial.

Nice hotel, close to everything. Very helpful front desk people, and very clean. We had a 5th floor room with a huge terrace. Great breakfast was included. Will definitely return. The hotel accepted our reservation from 2 years ago that had to be postponed due to covid. Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel had an excellent location Friendly staff, and very clean. The rooms are very small. The bathrooms need to be renovated, the walls are deteriorated, and the toiletries are very limited.

Room was very updated, clean and well equipped. Nice staff. Let us check in early and had lockers to leave stuff in after checkout for 2 euro. Wifi was spotty for first few days of trip but improved the last few days. Great location!

I would love to give this hotel a higher rating. The beds were comfortable, the staff was wonderful and the location was superb. However, during my three night stay, the power must have gone out 6-7 times, and that's while I was in the room. Who knows how often it went off when I wasn't in the room and out exploring the city. The challenge here is when the power goes out, the wifi and the air conditioning both go out. As someone who was working during their stay the lack of wifi presents a real challenge. Additionally, the room gets super hot very quickly without the AC. And anytime the power went out and emergency light in the room turned on. So when that happens in the middle of the night multiple times it definitely messes with sleep patterns. It's unfortunate, because otherwise we had a nice stay. I'm certainly hoping this hotel has or will fix this issue, but until then I can't give a better review.

Perfect location, very near of the Gothic quarter, Las Ramblas, Metro and others interesting points.Very clean room with a mini fridge. The hotel staff very friendly.I recommend this hotel.

Bastante silencioso ya q las ramblas estaban tranquilas. Colchón para darle la vuelta de vez en cuandoya q el lateral estaba deformado. Como todos los hoteles en Barcelona subiditos de precio. Nos pareció fuera de lugar q cobren por dejar maletas un par de horas siendo clientes
