“Pretty nice building with greenery. However the hotel definitely fall short in terms of standards.
1. Emails for special request prior to stay left unanswered.
2. Their in house app is beyond horrible. The guest experience was very much affected by that.
3. Their food is ordinary for a hotel who market themselves as a posh hotel.
4. Request over phone are left ALL unattended to, to the extent we just gave up trying.
In short, pros: beautiful pool, comfy bed.
Cons: bad customer experience
So if you are looking for a 5 star treatment experience, this is not a hotel to go to. It is a pity that other hotels which charge a much more affordable fee provide a much better experience to their guests. Hope they can take this feedback and improve on their customer experience.”
