The staff is extremely rude.
Our rooms had A/C that were not working and were super noisy.
Room service did not bother refilling shower gel or replacing empty toilet rolls. I was told to get the toilet roll from reception at night.
You can call and ask for anything at reception and get no help at all.
The hotel is always full of airline staff which is why they don't care about normal guests as they probably have big contracts with airlines. Best service and functional rooms are given to airline staff whereas normal guests get rubbish service and broken rooms.
No amenities are provided. We asked for firm pillows and they had none. We asked for disposable slipper and they said its for reserved rooms (probably airline staff). Hair dryers and AC didn't work.
Just a wasted hotel by rubbish staff. Not worth the money you spend on it, go somewhere else.”

Very good hotel, overall satisfied. Hotel reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice and clean, air conditioned well throughout the hotel.
Only reason for 4 star and not 5 star rating is, we were woken up at 7am by housekeeping staff despite having sign on door to say do not disturb.
Tram stop is 1 minute walk away to hop onto public transport straight into Zurich central.

Its nice hotel, with very friendly and helpful personal. Room was great, travelled from far with many airline problems we really appreciate that nice big room, with big and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice with many options. Only coffee was not nice. And free parking, which is very nice and not very common in Switzerland.

Free shuttle service to hotel. Good tram connection to airport, only one stop. Hotel is very clean, offers a delicious welcome drink. Delicious food, and even free tasting chocolates. Good breakfast.
