“Extremely loud building work that is not listed on the hotel website where you make the booking. Front office manager extremely rude and smug when I addressed this issue. Other than that a very generic cookie cutter style hotel. Location is good. If you do plan to stay here check the building work has finished first as regardless of what they tell you you can hear it throughout the hotel.”

“My husband and I spent two nights in a delightful room overlooking the garden and pool. The room was tastefully furnished in warm colours. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a perfect location three tram stops from the main station. In future this will be our base in Bern”
