Se Hospedaram no hotel por 1 noite em setembro 2021, pois estávamos na cidade para assistir o Whitesox. Hotel com amplo estacionamento, recepção limpa, com bar / restaurante. Quarto era grande e 2 x camas queen size que eram confortáveis. Ficarei aqui novamente se voltar a KC para uma viagem curta.

Stayed in the hotel for 1 night in September 2021 as we were in town to watch the Whitesox. Hotel as a large parking lot, clean reception, with bar / restaurant facilities. Room was big and 2 x queen beds which were comfortable. Will stay here again if return to KC for a short trip.

Foi uma experiência extremamente desagradável, tudo graças aos funcionários: Krista, Alex e o homem branco mais velho e mais pesado. O gerente geral apoiou seus funcionários. Os funcionários não respeitam seus direitos. Sua melhor aposta é reservar um quarto no Hotel Lotus. Eles têm uma segurança extremamente melhor. Depois de um certo tempo, você precisaria de uma chave para entrar em todo o prédio, segurança no local, câmeras incríveis e um estacionamento fechado. Durante um dia de jogo, as filas de check-in ficam longas, mas o atendimento ao cliente compensa. Existe um serviço de transporte de e para o estádio. São os carros de passeio z na frente. É baseado em dicas. O café da manhã está bom. Os quartos têm preços definitivamente melhores.

Would NOT recommend. It is questionable area. There is low security, only drive through security during weeknights and overnight security during weekend. A car gotten broken into, employee barely helped. Saying YOU have to call the cops, NOT THEM. There isn't enough security, we are paying a chunk of money to say there. Employee admitted that he had a gun pulled out on him when confronting a person that wasn't a paying guest. Yet employee called the cops on us because we had a legal firearm in the car while we were waiting in the parking lot. Cops pointed guns at us, then the employee decided to come out to confront us. Cops ran our tags, apologized for unnecessary involvement. Employees did not apologize; they wanted us banned from the property for carrying a firearm. We did NOT stay here. If you value the 2nd amendment and the integrity as a U.S. citizen, don't stay here. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, all thanks to the employees: Krista, Alex, and the older white heavier set man. The general manager backed up her employees. Employees do not respect your rights. Your best bet is to book a room with Hotel Lotus. They have extremely better security. After a certain time, you'd need a key to enter the entire building, on-site security, amazing cameras and a gated parking lot. During a game day, the check in lines do get long, but the custoner service makes up for it. There's a shuttle service to and from the stadium. It is the z trip cars out front. It is tip based. Breakfast is alright. Rooms are definitely better priced.

O primeiro quarto que recebemos era um lixo fedorento e eu imediatamente solicito outro quarto. A entrada lateral era uma porcaria. Latas de cerveja transbordando de lixo. Eu não recomendo o restaurante a menos que você esteja desesperado por comida. O café da manhã parece nojento e desagradável, a menos que você tenha 12 anos ou menos. Não vamos voltar. Ah e ninguem usa mascaras

A garota que nos registrou foi muito simpática e prestativa. Eu senti que poderia ter sido mais limpo, mas não era ruim. Me senti seguro com minha família. O café da manhã era muito bom! A senhora que trabalhava na recepção na manhã seguinte para o check-out era amigável também.

Pernoitei em 31/07/21. Primeiro quarto o banheiro funcionou continuamente por mais de uma hora, a manutenção nunca apareceu. A recepção teve a gentileza de nos mudar para um quarto diferente, o que era bom, no entanto, não havia água em todo o hotel na parte da manhã, então não fomos capazes de tomar banho. Tive que escovar os dentes com água engarrafada. A frente ofereceu um desconto de $ 15. Para isso, eu poderia ter dormido no meu carro. E não se engane, nenhuma das varandas se abre.😡

The only reason why I give it a 4 star is because the staff that we encountered was extremely nice and Accommodating. The first room we got was trashing smelly and I instantly request another room. Out side entrance was trashy. Beer cans overflowing trash cans. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant unless you desperate for food. The breakfast looks disgusting and nasty unless you're 12 and younger. We Won't be back. Oh and nobody wearsmasks

Stayed overnight 7/31/21. First room the toilet continuously ran for over an hour, maintenance never showed. Front desk was kind enough to move us to a different room which was nice however, there was no water in the entire hotel in the morning so we were unable to take showers. Had to brush our teeth with bottled water. Front best offered a $15 discount. For this, I could have slept in my car. And don't be fooled, none of the balconies open.😡

The girl that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I felt like it could have been cleaner, but it wasn't bad. Felt safe with my family. Breakfast was pretty good! The lady working the desk the next morning for check out was friendly as well.

A 3-star hotel that deserves 3 star reviews. I've stayed here for 2 weeks during a work trip, and I don't regret it by any means, but there's definitely some room for improvement. "Breakfast" left a lot to be desired, but it was nice to have a little snack before heading to a restaurant for my actual breakfast 🤷‍♂️. Gym is small, but since nobody uses it I didn't mind, it felt like a private gym the whole time I was there. Staff is friendly and it seems like they're trying their best, but they're severely understaffed so I can't blame them for the bad services provided (or lack thereof). The pool gets very busy and loud, to a point that I felt bad for the guests staying in the lower floors. Would I stay here again? For the right price I probably would, but there are better options out there within a similar price range.

I would highly recommend this hotel very friendly and helpful staff with everything. Make you feel welcomed. Definitely coming back again.Thank you to the Manager and staff for everything.
