“Entiendo que el alto costo debe ser por la ubicación, porque de ahí los servicios no son tan buenos en comparación con un hotel en la Gran Vía. Las habitaciones no tienen para calentar agua y tomarse un té, menos una cafetera. Se tiene que bajar al lobby para obtener esos productos. No se siente calidez en las habitaciones. Pero debo reconocer que su personal es muy gentil.”
