“Not very clean rooms. Pictures on the site show the rooms cleaner and bigger well in reality they are not. Towels were dirty and yet they put it for us to use. The room cleaning service is bad. You do not feel you are staying at a Sheraton hotel but more likely a cheap motel.
Most of the people working there are rude with an attitude. I will definitely not stay there again.
In addition there was one reception lady to answer you request, in the whole lobby. So if you need something you u e to wait for her to be free.
Very disappointing for a Sheraton level.”
