Ligging hotel vlak aan het centrum. Kamer goed wat verouderd. Onze kamer gelegen aan achterzijde vh hotel en daar kijk je recht naar het terras van de huizen. In de nacht veel lawaai van deze terassen.Airco op kamer werkt wel super. Parking 21,95 euro 5 minuten rijden van het hotel. Eerst aanmelden hotel dan krijg je het adres vd parking. Vind het wel een idiote regeling. Geen ontbijt mogelijk.

Nice staff, great location

This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side: The room was quite big. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom new and very clean and the staff were friendly. On the minus side: The rooms at the front at pretty noisy, of the intermittent "drunks going home shouting" kind as well as traffic nose, ask for a room at the back when booking or make sure you bring earplugs. Also the rooms at the front at least have windows that don't open so the room gets very stuffy. Facilities are minimal and there is no breakfast buffet, but they do have a coffee machine in the entrance with very good coffee and some complimentary croissants and mini pain au Chocolat. For me that was all I needed and I liked that it was fast, but if you are going for a day off sightseeing you may prefer a place with a note substantial breakfast. Overall not too bad, it really depends on the price you manage to get

The room is smaller than what it looks in the photos, and far less spectacular. It was clean, though. What was ok: the reception and breakfast were just fine. Something we struggled with was the noise as the room we were given was on the side of the smoking area of a bar and lots of people came there to talk (loudly until very late). Also the glass of the window was broken, and very little insulation. Not just from noise, but also for the cold. I would recommend this hotel if you can sleep with any noise, if not then not at all.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, muy céntrica y cómoda para visitar la ciudad. Sin embargo, para el precio que tiene se queda bastante corto. La habitación, correcta sin más. El baño de la habitación está bastante anticuado, no le vendría nada mal una reforma. Nos dieron una habitación en la primera planta, dando a la calle Janskerkhof, que es bastante ruidosa (coches, autobuses, bares, gente por la calle, etc.). El ruido dependerá del día, pero debe ser constante porque te dejan unos tapones para los oídos en cada mesilla con una notita. El aire acondicionado de la habitación es regulable hasta cierto punto, ya que no sirve para calentar la habitación. En el cartel indica que para más calor, lo regules en el radiador, pero ni hay radiador ni termostato. La atención en recepción fue simplemente correcta. Un punto a favor es la posibilidad de dejar el coche en el parking que tienen a unos 200m del hotel (de pago, creo recordar que 21,50€ por día).

Habitación pequeña. Se mueve con el paso de los buses. Bien situado. Recepción muy lenta.

I chose NH hotel assuming that, their well-known service would make my trip even more comfortable! It's not as good as I imagined! 1. Internet facility is HORRIBLE! Do they really provide internet? I don't think so! If they say free wifi, I thought it's universal truth that internet with good speed! But here, at the NH Hotel, free WiFi means, you should pay to get high speed internet. Maybe this is because of the room I got? 2. Mobile charging point is really a challenging task to search for! Maybe this is the problem with my room again.. 3. Make sure that you have booked for breakfast! Even though you are sure, just contact them beforehand so that you'll not check out the hotel with empty stomach. 4. The pricing for one night is extremely expensive! Maybe, I just chose the most expensive room and forgot to book for breakfast!Only good thing was, the room was clean!Lastly, dear NH Hotel, we don't need 10 towels in bathroom! We don't even need shampoo or the shower gel! We need good breakfast and good internet!!!

One time, never again. We rented 2 rooms and they were both dusty, one refrigerator had a half full bottle of Orange Juice from the previuos visitors and the other refrigerator was dirty. The coffee cups were stuck to the tray. Great location but I will never stay here again. I would have uploaded pictures but this site does not allow it.

For a star hotel, the service and hygiene are pathetic. It is a scam. I would not recommend staying here at all. Rude staff that doesn't care about helping the guests, old building that jiggles every time a bus stops nearby, creaking sounds at night from the upper floors, overall a noisy area. Ah, almost forgot, the windows don't open; AC doesn't even run.The cleaning service for the room is a lie. They don't change the sheets, and if you call for the service, most likely they will tell you it isn't available, so there goes that. The kettle in the room was dirty, inside and out, very disgusting. They don't replace the mugs or glasses in the room even if you ask for a replacement. I found this place decided to advertise a bunch of stuff that isn't true.Don't get your hopes up on the QR scan code thing that turns into the app. Anything you order won't get to you. I waited almost three hours for shower gel, and had to head down to the reception to get it, and they told me it wasn't available at the moment. You will have to go downstairs to the reception to get the minimum done as it is weird they answer the phone.I paid a ridiculously high fare for this mediocre, shabby experience and treatment. I'm not sure the place is at all hygienic. Wouldn't come back here, ever. Find yourself another place, and don't quarantine here.

Hotel, bem pequeno no centro. Localização 5*, perto de vários sítios para comer e para passear. O parque de estacionamento muito pequeno quando chegamos já não tinha. Tem parque pago em frente.

Went in 2018 or so. Room was nice, halls were a bit worn and had an old smell. Location was easy walk to downtown Utrecht... a bit long of a walk for train station, but do-able. Near the Dom Tower. If you like character, this is your place due to location. If you want new and modern, go to the high rise near the train station.

Habitacion comoda aunque no superior. Minibar vacio y desenchufado. Pedi un agua a la habitacion a las 19 horas de hace 2 dias y aun estoy esperando. Tras reclamarla 2 veces tuve que ir a buscarla. Ascensor averiado en una bajada y en una subida. Parece que no tienen previsto que sus empleados estudien español pese a ser un idioma ampliamente hablado. Excelente recepcionista a la salida. Inoperante la que me toco a la entrada. Desayuno normal. Relacion calidad-precio mala. No volvere.

Habitación cómoda, en el desayuno no tenía demasiada bollería.. En los NH siempre que hemos pedido cama d matrimonio no nos han cobrado ningún suplemento, pues aquí la recepcionista nos dijo que 20 euros más x cambiar dos camas juntas a una de matrimonio, decidimos no pagar más..

Muy buena ubicación, en el centro de Utrecht, todo muy cerca. Trato amable. En invierno no quitan la calefacción por la noche, lo cual se agradece. Desayuno abundante. Todo bastante limpio. Excellent location, my family can walk to center of town with in minutes. There are many bus lines outside of the hotel. , excellent service and the price is affordable.
