“Intentamos escoger la habitación un total de 13 veces y el sistema nunca funcionó. Nos dieron una habitación cuya decoración se notaba que era muy antigua y las vistas eran unas obras. He estado en algunos NH y este no está a la altura. La ropa de cama rota, el suelo lleno de picotazos, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el termostato estaba roto. Si las aplicaciones no funcionan, que las quiten. Salimos muy descontentos con el hotel. Dispongo de material fotográfico para corraborar lo que he escrito.”

“Es un hotel bastante viejo, muy grande y bastante retirado del centro de amsterdam. Está sobre el extremo opuesto de la estación central saliendo del casco de la ciudad.Es un hotel que para pasar la noche está bien, pero no lo elegiría si fuera a estar más tiempo que solo al momento de dormir.He venido a dejar cosas al hotel a eso de las 4pm pasadas y he encontrado la habitación sin arreglar los 3 días. Al fin de cuentas si la terminan haciendo pero bueno bastante tarde la verdad.”
