Terms and Conditions

• Points are personal and non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
• They do not apply for redemption of taxes, penalties, insurance, or administrative fees.
• Costamar Travel reserves the right to modify or terminate the program, with prior notice of at least 30 days.
• Program Flexibility: Benefits and rules may be adjusted according to market needs.
• Transparent Communication: All changes will be notified with sufficient advance notice.
• For canceled reservations, points are refunded only if the provider’s policy allows it.
• For refunds, points earned are automatically reversed according to the permitted amount.

Validity of Points

• Accreditation: Points are credited to your customer account.
• They are valid for 24 months from the date of accreditation.
• Without activity, points expire automatically.

Redemption of Points

Valor de canje : 1 point = USD 0.01 in tickets or services.
