“Hotel was lovely, clean and central the breakfast was the best I've had.
We booked a twin room and unfortunately got a double, when we asked them to change the bed we were told that house keeping would do it the following day which is a bit late. Also I was over charged when paying so make sure you double check this, especially as it's taken 3 weeks and still not sorted out yet.”
